Featured Project Recap: UNCOMMON/ 2101 S Wabash Lofts

Built in 1905, this 6-story 50,000 sf building was converted from a warehouse in 1999 to L'oreal's research facility. This Design-Build project will convert the the old facility into 43 apartments ranging from 500 to 1,100 sf and will include a retail space below. 

Holiday Card Contest

Calling all artists! This year we’re looking internally for someone to provide the artwork for the McHugh holiday card! We’re holding a contest for all McHugh employees and their kids to send in their creations, which will be voted on by an ‘official’ holiday card panel of judges. The winner’s art will grace the front of this year’s holiday card which will be sent out to hundreds of clients, and McHugh will donate $500 to a charity of their choice.

• Artwork should be sized at 8 ½ x 11 or 5 x 7.
• You can submit it to Danielle Del Nodal electronically or as a hard copy.
• Children aged 16 and under are eligible to submit 
• All submissions must be in by the end of the day on November 27^th.
• The McHugh logo must be included in the artwork
• Do not include the artist’s name on the front of the card! Write it on the back if you are submitting a hard copy.

The winner will be announced at the Town Hall on December 12th!
